Heating element not heating

 I have bypassed the Thermostat (temperature regulator - formal part name) and the Regular cycle completes.
I have cleaned the contacts/ and tested the Selector switch assembly and have found continuity across 1-2 & 3-4.
The heating element still has resistance reading of 11 ohms.

I have already replaced the timer, (2) High limit Thermostats as well as the Thermostat - I have heated the Thermostat and it closes although I don’t know the actual temperature this occurs.

Short of replacing the Heating element, which I believe is good (11 ohms) - I am at a loss as to what to try to get the Heating element to heat?

The dishwasher runs through all cycles with the thermostat shorted - the water temperature is no hotter than the hot water entering - Does anyone have any ideas or options to get the water to get hotter?

Help is appreciated.
Thanks,

I would check the whole heating circuit for the proper voltage, from one end to another step by step, device by device.

Gene.

I would check for 120VAC starting from the heater and then follow the wires.

Left front burner goes to high and will not temp control with lower setting. I want to find the proper part to replace,

Does it continously stay glowing red or will it eventually cycle off? The switch is suppose to regulate the temp of the burner, but the burner itself also has a thermal limiter built into it. Below is the switch.

Thank you for the part number. It continously glows. My wife didn’t realize when she cooked her fried eggplant but once she burned the garlic for sauce when it was on simmer she noticed that the element came on high and stayed on high.
