Drum will move but will not heat…

what happened was i dried my ummm uhhh bra… and the wire some how came out and went into one of the holes in the back of the drum… we heard a squeak and the lights flickered… it only happened within a few seconds… tinking that caused the fuse to blow.
Our Manual says that if 1 of the 2 fuses blow that there will be no heat… I can only find one fuse… we bypassed it and still no heat, so where is the other fuse?
By the look of itthere is only one thermal fuse in the unit and it kills power to the motor.
First I would slowly flipthe breaker off/on a couple times.
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
The motor and timer run off of 120 volts but the heating coil requires the full 240 volts.
Would not be a bad idea to actually check the power with a meter.
If power is OK.
Check the heater resistance should be about 13 ohms.
Check the high limit thermostat should be 0 ohms.
