Help!!! Washer tub trying to escape!!!

Okay I have an Amana top loading washer model ntw4601bq0. I’ve barely had this thing for 6 mos. & bought it brand new (as far as I know). I started a load today & it agitated fine, drained fine, but as soon as the spin cycle started I heard a horrendous knocking sound. I go to check it out & it looks like the tub is actually trying to break out of the washer. I can see where it’s hitting the sides & it’s really terrifying… I shut it off immediately, but WHAT IS WRONG??? Also, I checked to make sure it’s balanced floor-wise & load-wise already. Please, HELP!!! Thanks- Meredith
