HELP!! With GE fridge

I have a roughly 4 year old GE fridge in which the fridge and freezer quit keeping things cool. There is a ticking coming from a relay on the main control board. Is this a compressor issue or a main control board?

If the clicking is from the motherboard in the back, replace it AP4436216
