I have a samsung side by side it doesnt make ice and water i changed the assy cover dispenser and the assy pcb main board and still doesnt work i checked the water pressure and its good please help:( 
Sounds like your water valve quit working. Had same problem on my fridge a couple of years ago. No ice no water. The valve is electrically controlled.
ok I replace the water valve and still not working no water no ice
