Hi there. I bought a fridge about 3-4 years ago and it worked fine till lately when it started to freeze the food in the fridge on the bottom or on the top wouldn’t matter. I tried to change the temperature but it wouldn’t help: the food is still freezing. Also I’d like to mention that there’s a lot of water is dripping from the ceiling on the left side, it seems it condensates all the humidity there, which is very strange since the right side is completely dry
Can anyone help please
Check the damper door in the fridg section, might be jamed open.If ok, remove the back freezer panel and check frost pattern, might be only partially frosted over.
