Hotpoint Side by Side Model HSS25GFPJ-WW / SN# SH205825
-Will not dispense water or ice from outside Freezer Door.
-Ice Maker works Fine.
-The face plate has 3 options (Water - Crushed Ice - Cubed Ice). Although the light above the icon lights up when I push the button, the dispenser gives no water, no ice. No noise at all…nothing trying to work.
-The "Light" button on the face plate does work (provides light), nut the light keeps going bright to dim…like a slight short?
-I’ve had the mother board checked (fuse and 4 contacts) and was told it appears to be fine.
-I’ve had the switch light (top of the freezer, inside) and was told it is fine too.
-I’ve removed and looked at the wiring under the Cover Hinge (top of freezer door-outside) and wiring is connected.
ANY SUGGESTIONS TO GET WATER AND ICE DISPENSING??? THANK YOU!
