I need to replace the bottom dish rack due to the vinyl coating wearing out at the joints and making my rust marks on the dishes. I am trying to figure out how to remove the spray tower that is attached to the center of the rack. The part I want to replace is 99001533. I have tried twisting it ccw, but it doesn’t seem to want to dislodge and I don’t want to break it!
I would appreciate any advice of how to remove and re-install the spray tower.
