How to remove back cover to access EVAPORATOR FAN in 23 years old GE refrigerator?

Found noise issue in my 23 years old GE TBX18IAZARAA top mount refrigerator.
Confirmed that compressor and condenser fan are good, so must be issue from EVAPORATOR FAN.

But I can not remove the back cover in the freezer since it is blocked by part No.202 (GRILLE Ice/Service), how can I take out GRILLE Ice/Service, is it snapped in and should I just use force to take it out?
