The ceramic glass portion of my cooktop has a chip and crack in it. I was wondering how hard it would be for me to replace the ceramic glass surface. The unit is working fine so i hate to replace the whole cooktop. Is there some where i can find step by step instructions on how do this?

They show a number of different tops with some of them being obsolete so I would call AppliancePartsPros to get the correct art number and find out if the correct one is available before doing any thing else.
The tops are fairly pricey so you may want to look at what a new unit would cost.
Thank you for your response it was very helpful and informative.
