My dishwasher has not been cleaner well especially the upper dishes. The arms are turning but just not cleaning well. I tried to take the lower arm off to clean under neath and I think I stripped the screw cap. How do yu get the lower arm off to get down underneath to clean out any trapped food? Does the cap holding the arm screw off or pull off?
