I am working on an old GE refrigerator and the ice dispenser flap will not close all the way. I took the cover off inside the freezer door and a small type motor appears to be what closes the flap with a small cable attached to it. The flap closes about half way and then the motor (I call it) makes a spinning noise as if it is slipping. Any help greatly appreciated.
