The water/ice dispenser of my fridge not dispense ice from the ice bin. The water part is fine and it has no problem to dispense water. When I push the latch, there is no humming sound. Would this be the motor issue?

Does the ice door opens when you push the lever? If it doesn’t, then most likely it’s a broken micro switch or bracket.If it does - bad dispenser motor.
You also should check if the wires down at the freezer bottom hinge are OK.
