The ice dispenser bucket augor plastic broke which slowed the dispensing of the ice. Some time later the dispenser would no longer switch from crushed ice to whole ice. It would only produce crused ice and that too slowly to be functional. When I engaged the whole ice funtcion with the door open so I can observe what’s happening, I hear a buzzing sound but it doesn’t appear that the mechanism is lifting up so the metal arm changes position which opens the door for the whole ice to drop out.
Finally the water dispenser stopped working as well. The water dispenser had stopped before and spontaneously started again. It then stopped some time later. The ice maker continues to make ice.
What parts do i need to get everything functioning properly again?
