My GE Side by Side refrigerator will not dispense ice. It is making plenty of ice however. I can hear the motor trying to turn when I press both the crushed and cubed buttons, but nothing comes out. I need to determine which part to order.
Remove the ice bin. Tape in the door switch and depress the ice cube release lever. See if the auger motor and its drive (#369 & #365 at the [B]diagram[/B]) will work. Post the results.

I’m having the same problem (same model), but on mine the ice just comes out very slow. Any ideas out what’s going on?
