After a power outage occurred our ice maker quit working. I have replaced the entire ice maker unit and the water control valve on the back of the fridge. There is water coming out of the water dispensor but none getting into the icemaker from the water valve. It acts like whatever activates the water valve to open and let water flow thru on the icemaker side is malfunctioning. Also, the fridge side light doesn’t work. It has a good bulb and I replace the switch. Maybe these two problems are connected somehow?? Nothing is frozen up . . . any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
