Ice Maker Not Working

I watched your Youtube Video on how to replace the Water Inlet Valve. but I’m not sure if that might be the problem. The Water dispenser on the door works fine. there’s no water going into the ice maker at all. it still works like it has water in the tray but theres no water in the tray. Before this started for a few times about 3 to be exact the water leading into the trays would overflow and run on the floor and in the freezer. but i’m not sure what my first step is don’t want to replace the inlet value and it still not work . thanks for your help
