Ice maker not working

I have a frigidaire refrigerator with a built in (in freezer) ice maker. Since I bought this house, which came with the freezer, the ice maker has never worked. I recently checked the water supply to the rear of the fridge and it does have water coming to, and out of the copper line. The pressure is not great but it seems as though the blue cylinder looking thing is the point at which the water stops. On the inside of the freezer, when I push the are down to start the ice making process, the arm slower rises and the teeth make their rounds as though ice is being pushed through the system. I have tried the hair dryer thing to try to unblock any possible blockage in the line inside the freezer, but no luck. I need ice, please help…
Thanks, Brad

If you have a water dispenser try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve "blue thing". Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.

I do not have a water dispenser…
