Ice Maker not working

The ice machine LED light blinks twice pauses and then blinks twice again. When I close the flap, it does the same thing as if it is still being blocked. Ice is made in tray, but won’t dump. We have been gone for a week and still nothing dropped. Maybe something is blocking the LED lights???
