Ice Maker Not Working

A few weeks ago my ice maker stopped working. I put a jumper wire in test points L and V to test the water valve. That functioned correctly so I jumped T and H to run a cycle. This didn’t work so I assumed I needed a new ice maker. I needed a new one anyway due to some corrosion on the heating element. As a side note, there was still ice in the mold.

I bought a new one and installed it using the original wiring harness. The original wires go into the side of the freezer wall and I can’t seem to find a way to unplug them, if I even can. I let the ice maker run overnight. When I went to check it in the morning. I still had no ice in the bin, but there was ice in the mold. Same problem as before.

These are my test results on the new ice maker:
L and N = 120V
V and N = 198 ohms
L and H = 75 ohms
M and N = 120V

I have tried running a manual cycle as well with no luck. Is there something I’m missing or is the new ice maker broken as well.

Thanks in advance for any help. It is appreciated.
