I’m not sure how old the Fridge is, it came with the house that we bought a few years ago. The Control Panel on the inside, "Triple Cool Climate Control" is not responding. Although, we think it’s been like that, but I’m not sure for how long. I only noticed that it wasn’t responding when troubleshooting the ice maker. The other person in the house thinks it hasn’t worked for a while. I can see the temperature though, so it’s on, but just does’t respond when pressing any of the buttons. Not sure if this might be part of the problem.
Any ideas on this?
