We have ice in the bucket but the motor wont turn to allow it to come from the door.
It just hums.
try taking the ice bucket out of the freezer, and close the door and ask for ice. if it works, take the ice out of the ice bucket, because there must be ice stuck together causing the auger not to turn. if it still hums, replace the auger motor. the part # for the auger motor is wr60x10258. tom %url%
