The icemaker is making ice fine. Water is being dispensed. The flap just will not open any longer to let the ice fall into the cup. I can physically pull it open and the ice will fall into cup fine. If I do not physically open the flap and the ice actuator is pushed, the ices gets all jammed up between the maker and dispenser because it can’t get out. My husband thinks this is a solenoid but I did not see a solenoid on the parts list. What do you think it is and what is the part # please?

Also the ice deflector (rubber piece) has come off. There is nothing wrong with the deflector but the pegs above that the deflector slides up onto are broken off, therefore deflector falls down. I can’t tell from the diagram what part the pegs are on.
