I purchased crisper cover supports from you #AP4427109. After removing the shelves, I found that the existing back supports have a round shaped peg sticking out. The existing front supports have a rectangular shaped peg sticking out. The supports ordered are rectangular, same as the front supports. I tried sliding the new rectangle shaped supports onto the rear shelf frame. They are too tall/ thick to slide into place. If I could turn them sideways, they could work. Because of the 2 tiny pegs, you can only install on cabinet one way, upright. Do you have a second part# for the rear supports? Is there something I am missing to make the new ones work for the rear?
Also, How do I get the existing pegs removed that are pushed back into the cabinet? A couple of the old round pegs broke off further inside the cabinet.I have tried needle nose pliers and needle nose vice grips unsucessfully. I am reluctant to try to drill out. I don’t want to risk making hole too big, I will need new peg to fit snugly. Also concerned about drill going too deep damaging cabinet. I need help so I can put both crisper drawers back in placeto get everything back in refrigerator. Thanks!
