Our Jenn Air slide in gas range no longer has a working convection fan on back inside wall of oven. When set to convection baking the control panel shows a turning fan symbol on panel but fan is not turning. Do I need to replace the fan motor or a control panel and how do I figure out what needs to be replaced? Thank you for any help you can give
