The knobs to turn the burners on are on a square pad approx. 5" ea. side. The switches come up through holes in this pad and then a washer type nut secures the switches in place and the knobs set on the switch post. Two of the switches do not have any threads. I don’t know if the threads are part of the switch or an additional part. The switches fall down away from the pad and then the knobs cannot turn the burners on. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Do I have to buy new switches or is there another solution?
In order to provide most accurate advise we need the complete model number of the unit. You can find it on the bottom panel (inside the cabinet).
