Jenn Air Dishwasher does not drain completely

It completes cycle fine, but always leaves some water covering the bottom tub, not enough to spill out when open the door, but covers most of the bottom surface.

The draining mechanism seems fine, since it drains most of the water, and I can hear water draining under sink during cycles.
