Our JennAir oven/range which is about 10 years old, is having difficulty keeping accurate time and temperature. It’s model JGR8850BDW, serial 10042391ZQ. Can it be fixed?

Yes it can be fixed, looks like most parts are still available.
Have you tried unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset and fix itself.
If this does nothing then odds are that the the electronic clock control is shot as you are having time and temperature problems.
