I purchased a replacement element and need advice on the installation. I removed the mounting screws and top bracket and pulled out the old element slowly. It is attached to a ground wire restricting me from pulling it out completely. I cannot see where the wire is attached behind the back wall. How is the ground wire removed? Also the new element came with two ground screws. It looks like one is used to attached the element behind the back wall. I assume it will connect where the old ground wire is connected behind the back wall. What is the other screw used for? Are there detailed instructions available for the replacement installation? Thank you.
