Jenn- Air (bottom freezer) compressor doesn’t run consistently so both refrigerator and freezer are too warm. I did read the troubleshooting guides for this issue which indicates a fan, relay or compressor problem.
Did Service tests from control panel and Test 102 (compressor/condensor fan); compressor failed to come on when tested 2 of 3 tests. Do not hear repeated clicking sounds from compressor trying to start up.
Test 112 (freezer fan) shows 13.3 volts. Not sure what normal result should be.
If unit is unplugged/replugged in, compressor will start up and cool to preset temps.
Coils are clean and both fans spin.
I did not know how to proceed. Thanks for any help you can provide.
