Oven will not go into self cleaning mode. The top oven control circuit card was replaced last year so I am not sure it could be that. What else would cause oven to not go in to self cleaning mode?:

Need more info on what is happening.
Take a look at page 17 then post where in the self clean start up your unit messes up.
