K, Help more please lol

K i’m thawing out the water line that fills the ice making tray…thing is, the tray has ice in it now, it just never harvested…What could cause the maker to make the ice but not dump it into the bin? Any ideas? Also, someone told me about resetting the thing somehow, can you do this and if so how? They said something about moving the feeler arm 3 times or something, but that doesn’t seem to me to be a viable solution…
