Kenmore 90 Series Washer

I have a Kenmore 90 Series Washer (110-C28922790). Washing , rinsing and draining no problem. But when it came to the spinning cycle doesn’t spin. I need to start spinning manually until it start spinning and depress the timer off and turn it to spin cycle to turn it on at same time (doing this step few time) manually spin it. Eventually it will start spinning to its full speed. I checked the coupling had no problem and the agitator little worn but will replace it. Can you tell me wants the problem. Thank you
