My Kenmore dishwasher has a blinking clean lite. Seven blinks, heater problen. When i push start button blinks red and it does not start. The heater circuit checks out with an ohm meter, Door switchs check out ok. Must be the control board. Any help would be nice Cheers
The green light blinks 7 times then a pause. the cycle light light up when selected. press start nothing happens. after a while the cycle light goes out. have chech the door sw. both are working.
The problem with your dishwasher is a bad heating circuit. You have to check for continuity the heat element and the safety thermostat. Also check all wires.
If you need the part number to replace the bad part let me know.
Good luck.

I am trying to find a part for my electric stove, but every time that I enter my stove’s model number (TEF375BHBB) into a parts search engine, it is either changed to TEF375BHBB or the site tells me that the number does not exsist. I am trying to fix a problem that the stove has had for a couple of years where the oven will not work, when you turn the oven on and set the temperature it will seem to be working, and then it resets itself. I was told that the problem is the timer/display board, which is where I am having a problem finding the correct part. I do not want to pay almost $200 for a part and then when it arrives find out that it is not the right part for my stove. Any help that you could provide will be greatly appreciated.
Good to hear that.
Happy new year!
I have the same problem with a Kenmore Model 17362301. Clean light flashing 7 times, cancel will pump out, tried shutting off power to clear but to no avail.
I cannot get it to enter the diagnostics program. It does not have entry keys as described. The keys on the panel are: smart wash, pots pans, normal wash, quick rinse, hi temp wash, sani rinse, air dry. What is the sequence for entering diagnostics?
There is the tab on each side of the ribbon connector on the clock. Pull them up to release the ribbon.

The lid to my daughter’s sippy cup fell on to the heating element and is hopelessly melted on to it. I think I found the part on your site; does anyone know how hard it is to replace? Will I have to pull the dishwasher out, etc.?
