Looking for some help troubleshooting my Kenmore Electric Wall Oven, 790.41003603. Neither the Broil nor Bake elements heat up. I was hoping it was just the thermal switch, but it wasn’t tripped and it tests out. Broil element tests out at 14.7 ohms, Baking element at 22.7 ohms. Wires to the elements test out good. Inspecting the relay board, (3164439) the resistor R1 looks to be burned out. Could this be my problem? I’m looking for advice on additional troubleshooting steps to narrow down the root cause of the issue. Thank you!
