I just called Sears about the above mentioned product. It was purchased in Dec 09. There was not extended warranty purchased for it. The appliance makes a buzzing sound when we attempt to use it and it will not heat. Sears called it a "THROW AWAY". Due to the fact it will cost more for them to repair it than what we can purchase a new one for. I HATE to just throw things away. The landfills are FULL of this stuff.

Can this be repaired? My son and son in law are very adept at repairing things. Can you trouble shoot the problem and make suggestions as to the parts needed to repair it?

Be advised, the website this guy is promoting states that they will contact you with progress about the repair progress of your microwave display and that it should be shipped within a couple of weeks. That’s a bald face lie. This guys cashs your check and then never gets back to you. Don’t use his repair service.
