Kenmore range not getting gas after converting from nat to lp

I just got done converting everything over from natural gas to Propane (did everything per manual), plugged the supply line in and tried to light things up with no luck. Seems gas isn’t making it past the maxitrol regulator… (this exact thing happened with a cook top and it only worked when I totally removed the regulator and installed on outside on the tank itself)… any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
