Kenmore Washer 500s Won't spin

I have a washer that won’t spin or agitate . It will drain. Makes a loud sound.

I checked, dog ears, Motor Coupler is good. I noticed I can spin the end of the shift at the end of the transmission where the coupler is and spins freely around.

Sounds like a faulty transmission. Rotating the transmission input shaft CW should cause the clutch hub (just above transmission) to rotate. Rotate the shaft CCW should cause the lower agitator to go back and forth. If neither, then the transmission is bad.
