At first there was no water in the spin cycle. Now there is no water in the wash cycle. How do you get into the controls?

I Have A Kenmore Washer Model 110. It Works Fine Except Recently It Stopped Dispensing Hot Water, Or Just Tricks Out Very Slowly. Whats Wrong.? And What Replacement Part Do I Need And What Is The Part #. Thanks --dennis
