Hi, the washer won’t drain or rotate the drum (quit with water & clothes in it). I put it on Drain&Spin and it will run the pump a few seconds when I push the start button (turning off each time). I was able to get the water out of it this way. The first thing I checked is the motor control plugs because they’ve come off before (& I have a zip-tie around it to keep the lid down) but the plugs are all OK. I took the front panel off and the plugs are all in. What next? Does this thing have diagnostics?
