Dryer making marks on cloths, not burn or grease marks, comes out in next wash. Drum does not seem to be tight. Already replaced 2 glide-dry parts.
We think clothes are getting caught between drum and housing by the felt liners, if those are what you call them. Any ideas??

Tim,
When you replaced the glides, did you notice any type of damage the the edge of the drum/tumbler, were the felt liners damaged or torn.
The "felt liners" are actually called drum seals. Clothes can get stuck /pinched between the drum and seal if, the glides are worn out, missing, drum is out of round, or the dryer is "overloaded".
"Usually" the marks appear as a "pencil check mark" in color and size, and will appear at the end of the dry cycle, not the next wash cycle ?
I would have to think, if you replaced the front drum glides, you re aligned the tub and seal, which should have solved the problem.
