Kitchen aid dishwaster door gasket adhesive

Hello:
I just ordered a good gasket for this dishwasher.
The door gasket replacement kit for the model which has the number ending in SS1 includes a tube of adhesive.

Do I need any adhesive with the gasket I just ordered?
If yes hat type, brand etc adhesive do I need.

Richard,

I do not think you will need an adhesive because the inner door panels for these two models are different. That means the ways how the seal installed are different as well. You should see it as soon as you’ll receive the part.
