My old Kitchen Aid mixer stripped a gear (the one that contacts the main drive on the motor) I ordered parts and replaced the worn gear. The transmission seemed simple enough but after I got the thing back together I believe it is running in reverse the head goes counter clock wise, while the beater spins clock wise. I belive this is backwards, is this possible and what is the solution??
