I Think this dishwasher eventually gets stuck in drain mode. On any cycle you choose it fills with water fine and washes. Then you hear it drain. It then goes quiet for a minute or two and you hear it turn back on but all you hear is a motor running like it’s draining again. There is no water in it. It just stays stuck in this mode and you have to hit cancel to get it to stop. Light on panel is still on wash. When you open it up it’s very hot.
We have taken it apart and cleaned out any food that may have been blocking the chopper or any screens. Pulled out the rubber check valve. Nothing blocking that and it’s looks good. Checked the float and you can hear it click. Not sure what else to check now so looking for ideas.
