I have a Kitchen Aid Model KBMC140HSS03 Microwave/Convection oven that the right Torsion Spring is broken. I have the replacement spring.
I am hoping that a KITCHEN AID factory technician can tell me how to get the vent off the bottom so I can disassemble the door interior and replace the spring part #AP3082257.
I was told by appliancepartspros.com customer service that KITCHEN AID factory technicians monitor these forums.
