I have an old KA dishwasher (Quiet Scrub), I may have the KUDI24se model or one that is very similar to it. When I close the lid and press the start button, the Wash and Normal buttons will light up and the machine sounds like it is going to start. I hear the machine adding the water but it doesn’t move to the next cycle. The water just sits there and nothing happens.
I don’t think the upper and lower spraying arms are spinning but the dishwasher continues to act like it is going through the cycles. Unfortunately the water just sits at the bottom and wash/normal buttons will stay lit. The dishwasher doesn’t empty the water and the water just sits there.
When I press on the other buttons they do respond and light up.
I am not sure where the problem is or which part has failed.
