I can not figure out what is wrong with it, water goes in and gets heated, but water will not go to neither of the three spinning arms and they do not spin (cicle starts, goes trough and drains??). Removed the bottom arm, there is no blockage, that I can see. Floater is clean too and drains fine, but just wont work, what could the reason be

Remove pump cover, then remove the half round impeller cover and the chopper assembly. If the screen is clogged, replace the chopper and check valve next to the chopper.
If OK, sponge out the water, turn water off to dishwasher, and observe the rotation of the motor. If it turns the wrong way, replace the motor.
