My Kitchenaid ksra25cnss00 freezes eveything in refrigerator. I have tried higher temperature settings, but it makes no difference. Any ideas?
Thank you!

Try setting your refrigerator temperature to a warmer setting, and see how it responds.

I have tried many different temperature settings and the temp in the refrigerator is 29. The damper is always open. I ran the service diagnostics and everything passed. I thought it was going to be the damper/baffle motor not working, but it opened and closed with the test.
Since you say the damper responds to the service mode commands, I would suspect that the problem lies in the main control board. It apparently isn’t getting or responding to a signal from the thermister. 29 degrees is far too cold for the refrigerator.

I will replace that and let you know how it went.
Thank you very much for your help!
I forgot to tell you, I had relplaced the board and it works great again. Thank you for your help on this Magician.
Glad you were able to get it. Probably saved yourself a ton of money, too. Well done!
I have a probelm where the refrig side is freezing and the the drainage from the defrost cycle in freezer is freezing at the bottom drip pan before it emptys.
Ran diagnostic per tech manual and got a 1 for #1 and 2 in the diagnostic scheme and the next 4 were blank. I did hear the baffle rotate…it was clicking slighly is that normal?
It seemed like the other fuctions "kicked" in by hearing it or getting some vibration from the test.
Where do I go from here? I will heat the frozen defrost water so it drains but would like a permnanet fix. In the past the drain froze but not the refrig compartment. Thank you in advance.

If the fresh food section is freezing it coud be that your thermister is out of range. When in diognostic mode see what the thermister temp is and chk temp your self. To stop your defrost drain from freezing take a stripped copper wire wrap mit around defrost htr and stick it down the drain tube, not too far though it will conduct heat while in defrost mode. hope this helps.
Thank you. When in diagnostic mode I can cycle through the steps but the result is just a blank display next to it in steps 3 through 6. Should there be a number or indication? I am asking since you indicated the thermistor could be checked that way. I did get the digit 1 in cycle steps 1 and 2 when performing the test. So that means the thermistor must be OK?
I will take you suggestion on the freeze up. That becomes quite a mess.
Big help!

I added the copper wire from the heating element and it still freezes. The temperature in the freezer is 14F and is likely why the food section is overly cold as well. Babble works and defrost works since the poolof water is there. It is freezing before it can drain. Orderly the control card and crossing fingers. Expensive guess but probably the odds are in my favor.
Thanks for your help!
