The freezer has a recessed area on the bottom that keeps filling with water, freezing and then the new water dribbles onto the floor, which has ruined the wood floor below it. It’s coming from the icemaker in the freezer but I don’t know why, the tray isn’t full and I would think that there would be a drain hole somewhere to accommodate defrosting for when the unit has to release the cubes? Any hints?
