Hi,
I have a 13 month old, just out of warranty KitchenAid oven/microwave combo that just went dead yesterday. The microwave was being used for about a minute and it shut off and display shut off. No light inside oven or in microwave. Turned off breaker for a few minutes and turned back on with no luck.
Today my wife called me and said it started working again (which makes me think it could not be an internal fuse), but shortly after it died again and has been inop since.
Opened it up and didn’t see anthing burned or damaged, but i will be bringing my multimeter home from work tomorrow to start probing.
Any ideas what to check or look for? i’m thinking maybe the low voltage transformer or control board?
